Kim Victoria Cattrall is an English-Canadian actor born on the 21st of August 1956. Her most well-known character is Samantha Jones, in the HBO show Sex and the City. The series earned its five Emmy Award nods and received four Golden Globe Award noms. The year 2002 saw her win the Golden Globe Award as Best Supporting actress. The character was reprised in the Sex and the City films (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2009). The actress was also the lead actor for the role of Samantha Jones in Police Academy Big Trouble In Little China Mannequin & Porky's. Kim Cattrall will be remembered for her performance as Samantha Jones in the HBO sitcom Sex & the City. Cattrall is an established actress who's role as Samantha Jones in the popular TV show Sex & The City marked a pivotal moment for her career. The sitcom not only amplified her appeal to the national audience but made her an international star giving the actress a lot of fame and respect. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most well-known role is the actress that played La Dolce Vita in the movie comedy drama. It won an Oscar and received the Golden Palm in Cannes Film Festival in 1960. It also was both critically and commercially popular and critically acclaimed. Prior to her first acting gig, she was the Swedish fashion model. She won the Miss Sweden competition. Following her move to the US she began acting in various films and playing minor characters. In the movie Abbott and Costello Go to Mars she was described as an Venusian. Soon after, her appearance as a bloody woman in Blood Alley won her the Golden Globe for Most Promising newcomer.
