Torruella on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in San Juan Puerto Rico. She has been admitted to the State Bars in New York (2003 and Connecticut 2003). Asha is a regular contributor to ABC News and has written opinion pieces for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, as well as The Washington Post. She sits part of the editorial board of Just Security and a member of the Council of Foreign Relations.
